死ぬかと思ったワインディングロード徒歩で踏覇、湘南平

湘南平からの夜景

　今日はこんな夜景を見に行ったんだよね。すごいでしょ？

　妻と一緒に散歩でね。

　ただね・・・いやいや、散歩なんて生やさしいものじゃないのだよ・・・それが問題。

　実は、今日は、お休みを頂いて連休だったので、夜景見物をしようかと・・ここ神奈川県は平塚にある湘南平へ。

　夜景スポット神奈川編～湘南平～　に詳しい。

　ここは桜の名所でもあり、その時には行ったことがあってね・・・渋滞でふもとからバスが動かなかったものだから、ふもとから歩いて登ったことはある。

　その時はそんなに苦心した思い出もなかったので・・・山頂までのバスは、とうになくなっていたので、午後の７時頃に、ふもとまでバスで来たわけだが・・・。

　そこからが大変。

　ワインディングロードというのだろうか・・・ぐねぐねの登り道を歩いて登っていく。ほかにほとんど歩く人なく、真っ暗なんだよね、頂上近くなると。

　懐中電灯を持っていったけれども、そんなちっちゃな懐中電灯だけでは心許なく。

　車が時折、峠を攻める感じでぶっとばしてくるわけだが、僕らを見ると、ぎょっとしたような・・・そりゃそうだよね、歩道もない、ワインディングロードを男女二人が歩いているんだもの。

　こっちも、どうも見込み違いで、延々３０分以上も歩いて登って、歩いている隣はガードレールの下には崖だったりするわけで・・・はっきり言ってこわかったよね。

　なんとかなんとか、ようやっとこの景色にたどり着く。

　頂上からは、湘南平野を３６０°見渡される絶景なわけだし、車の方々はなごやかに談笑していたけれども・・・こっちは生きた心地もなく、登ってきたわけで。

　それでも、非常にすばらしい眺めではあった。確かに、多分、一生に一回の景色なんだろうな。また、こんなこわい思いをして来ないんだろうなとか思いつつ。

　また、ふもとまで降りて、バスが来なかったので、もっとバスの来るところまで小一時間歩き、ようやっと帰った次第。

　いやいや、ワインディングロードを徒歩で縦走するのはこわいものだねぇ。しかも夜。

　なんだか、水曜どうでしょうを地でいってしまっているようだったよ・・・ふぅ。
