原爆の日に実感する平和の尊さ、現憲法の尊さ

　昨日は広島原爆投下の日である。

　小学校の頃から8月6日午前8時15分は印象深く記銘された日時である。学校生活を公立畑で過ごした私であるし、その意味で、特別な平和教育を施されたわけではない私だが、この日だけは忘れ得ない日として残っている。

　昨日の朝食を食べる前に黙祷した、せざるを得なかった。

　というのも、今年は、あの自民党の改憲草案（９条護憲堅持派の私としては改悪草案にしか思えないが・・・）を見てしまった後だから、なおさら、８月６日午前８時１５分が忘れてはならない日だと思ったからだ。

　私は、そう、かつて広島を訪れた。原爆の記憶を身体で感じるために。
　「もてない男の心の語り　番外編　もてない男、広島に行く　第３章 原爆を学ぶ」　参照
　平和について考えた。
　
　その後、長崎も訪れた。その時も平和について非常に考えさせられた。
　「もてない男の心の語り　番外編　もてない男、長崎に行く　第３章 平和について」　参照

　私は戦争を知らない世代である。しかして、少なくとも私が学校教育を受けた２０年位前は、平和の尊さを感じるのが当たり前だった時代にごく普通に教育を受けた者が、戦争の悲劇の象徴の地を訪れ、実感できたわけだ。理屈じゃない・・・戦争という殺し合いの無意味さ、虚しさ、そしてその罪を。もちろん、書物、映像資料そのほかで学んではきたが、実際にその地を訪れてそれを血とし肉として平和の尊さが分かったのだ。

　法律論や感情論、国際関係論、いろいろな見地から改憲論議はできようが・・・ぜひ一度両地の原爆に関する資料館を訪れてみるといい。理屈じゃない戦争という殺し合いの無意味さが分かるから。

米大統領が演説で「justice」と口にするたびになんだかみょーに違和感を感じていたゆーやです。

ワタシは沖縄の南部を旅したときに
ものすごく「戦争という殺し合いの無意味さ」を感じました。
犠牲になるのはいつも「正義を振りかざす」首謀者ではなくて
武器を持たないやさしき人々だということも。
風に吹かれて静かに揺れる南国の花や
青い綺麗な海岸線を眺めていても、とても切なくて浮かれた気分になれなかったことを覚えています。

そうですか・・・私は国内はほとんど回っているのですが、沖縄だけは行っていませんでした、やはりそのように感じられたのですね。

今の若い人たちは、フツーに浮かれてしまうのかもしれませんが・・・ゆーやさんがそう感じられたことにすごくホッとしています。

非常にまっとうな感性かと思います。沖縄戦の歴史を振り返るに、アメリカ軍に投降しようとする非戦闘員たる民間人を日本軍人が背後から撃ったということも聞きます。

マイケル・ムーア監督のかの「華氏911」でも、イラクに子どもを送っていない議員達に突撃インタビューをしたムーア氏にほとんどの議員がノーコメントであったラストシーンを思い出します。

今、読み終わった岩波ブックレット「憲法を変えて戦争へ行こうという世の中にしないための１８人の発言」で、女優渡辺えり子さんが
『いつも戦争で犠牲になるのは市井の弱い人たちです。一番最後に残るのは中央の政治家たちですよ。それはもう歴史が証明している。』
という一文はすごく重く感じます。

理論ではなく、身体で何を感じられるか・・・実際にその地に行くと分かることってたくさんありますよね。

決してしてはいけないことも。

こんばんは。僕たちの頃は修学旅行で広島へ行くというのがあって、被爆者のお話を聞くというのが通例でした。最近はそういうのやっているのですかね？　黒い雨などの文学作品の映画化もあったと思うけど、現地へ行かない或いは行けないなら、せめてああいう視覚的なもので見せて記憶の片鱗に落とし込むようなことが必要だと個人的には思います。アジアでの蛮行についての見解はさておき、被爆国ということでは我々がこれを忘れてはいけないはず。広島の原爆の日を知らない人が増えてきているというニュースを聞きましたが、耳を疑いました。

私は実は広島出身です。原爆の悲惨さは親や教師から十分に聞いています。

それでも自衛隊を軍隊と認めるべきだと思います。というのは、日本が小国だったら丸腰の選択もできるでしょう。しかし世界第二位の経済力を持ち、世界の安定に自国の経済を大いに依存させている国としては、自分の国さえ平和であれば、世界のどこかでテロや戦争が起きても構わないという一国平和主義はもう通用しないのではないでしょうか？

それに丸腰の国を先制攻撃する国はないとおっしゃいますが、先制攻撃されて国が壊滅状態に陥ってからでは遅いのです。

私は日本の教育はもっと世界の現実をきちんと教えて、その上で日本が国際社会に貢献するための方法を考えるべきだと思います。そうすれば戦争をしている国にふらふらと「自分探し」に行くような若者もいなくなると思います。

ムフテリフさん、「黒い雨」は私も何度も何度も読み返した作品でした。高校時代授業で使ったため買った単行本。一つ大きく私の平和概念に資していると思います。貴重だと思います。

スミレさん、その考え方は「恐怖の連鎖」しか生まないと思います。先制攻撃されるから・・・その恐怖の連鎖・・・それは思いこみだけですからどこまでも妄想的に拡大し、それが米ソの軍拡競争につながったのです。
そして、どちらもその先制攻撃が破滅への一発だと知っているからこそ、先制攻撃などはしないのです。
キューバ危機を見ても、例えば、映画「13days」などに詳しいですが、軍人は先制攻撃先制攻撃と強調しました、ルメイ将軍筆頭に。しかし、文民であるケネディ兄弟の努力でなんとか第3次世界大戦への引き金を引くことをを防ぐことができたのです。
あの映画を見ても軍の暴走は明らかです。軍人はトリガーを引きたがっていた。

丸腰というのは強いのです。武器を持っていれば、「お前も抜け」となりますが、あの無法の西部劇時代でもでも丸腰を撃つことは恥でした。「お巡りさんより強い人はいないんですよ」ということで結構ではないでしょうか。
先制攻撃、先制攻撃とキューバ危機の時のように危機感を感じなくてよいと思います。
丸腰は強いですよ。先制攻撃はできないものです。

大国に追従して人殺しの片棒を担ぐことが国際貢献だとは決して思えないですね。
平和憲法という立派な、世界に先駆けた平和主義・・９条を広めることこそ日本のあり方だと信じています。
国外で評価が高いのは中途半端な派兵ではなく、憲法９条であることは自明なのですから。
